Who knew that a playful prank could turn into a life lesson? In the Consumer Well-Being class at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business, we explored how happiness is a key driver of success—both for individuals and businesses.
Studies show that happier companies are not only more productive, but they generate higher profits! By understanding how positive emotions influence decisions and outcomes, we learned that spreading joy can be a powerful tool for achieving success and building genuine connections.
For our final project, we set out to make people smile—literally! From surprising moments, to unexpected laughter and sharing stories, I witnessed firsthand how spreading happiness to others is the best way to boost our own sense of well-being and drive success.
